- DDIUsers.com – The DDI user community board is filled with information and documentation. This online forum gives DDI users the opportunity to discuss important topics and future system requests with DDI specialists and other DDI inform software users.
- Idea xChange – No other company has such a well structured environment to move customer ideas into software enhancements. Ideas are submitted and discussed on the User Community board. When there’s enough interest with a group consensus, these ideas are passed onto programmers and moved to the Idea xChange for shared investment.
- Inform User Conference – DDI System’s annual user conference has become one of our most popular events. Inform user’s converge for intensive training sessions, industry speakers, to have input on the future directions of DDI’s development team, and to network with fellow users.
