Customer Service/ Support
Primary responsibilities include providing technical support for DDI’s distribution software, helping customers get the most out of their current system, and training new users. Must have strong customer service skills and excellent aptitude for technology. This position requires travel and a valid drivers license.
Primary responsibilities include continued development of DDI System’s inform software. Ideal candidates will have experience with UniObjects, Visual Basic, and Graphical Interface development. Other desired skills include: UniVerse ODBC, Visual Basic, .NET, and Crystal Reports experience.
